12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup cranberry pomegranate juice
3 T orange juice
1 cup pure maple syrup
seeds from 1 pomegranate (optional)
Directions:
Wash cranberries, then add to a medium saucepan.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and cook about 10 minutes or until the juice is thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
*I like to make mine the day before so I can put it in the fridge and let it chill.
We love this after Thanksgiving to put on turkey panini sandwiches.
