Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced
4 T butter
1/2 cup whiskey or apple juice
1/3 cup honey
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet. Add carrots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir, cooking until they begin to get brown.
Add whiskey or apple juice and cook 3-5 minutes.
Add honey, stir and cover with a lid. Turn heat down and let finish cooking until desired doneness.
