Ingredients:1 cup milk (your choice - I used coconut)
1 cup frozen mango chunks or 1 frozen banana
4 clementies or 1 large orange (peeled)
1 heaping Tablespoon of honey (raw or natural)
1/2 c plain or vanilla yogurt (greek or regular or coconut yogurt)
1 t vanilla extract (if using vanilla milk and vanilla yogurt, only add 1/2 t)
*add 1 c ice if mango or banana are not frozen
Directions:
Add ingredients into blender in order listed and blend until smoothie consistency.
