Chocolate Mousse

I can't have chocolate so I use carob powder, but you can also use cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled and remove seed
1/3 c agave or honey
1/3 c almond or coconut milk
1 t lemon juice
1/2 T vanilla
1/4 c cocoa powder or carob powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Mix until creamy and there aren't any chunks left. Spoon into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Top with a strawberry or raspberry if you like.
