This is the best ever egg salad recipe. A dear friend in NC gave me this recipe years ago.
Ingredients:
2 - 8oz pkg's Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 c mayo or miracle whip
1 t ground mustard
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t salt
8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
almonds (optional)
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, mayo, mustard, paprika and salt and mix well.
Add chopped eggs and almonds and stir to combine.
Serve on toasted bagels or bread.
