Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Peel and slice a butternut squash. 
Place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. 
Roll squash around on cookie sheet, coating it with olive oil.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Place in oven and roast 30 minutes.
Remove and eat.
