
1 large bunch broccoli
2T salt
bowl of ice water
1 1/2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 garlic clove
1/2 t Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Bring a pot of water with 2T salt to a boil.
Add washed and trimmed broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove broccoli from hot water and place in a bowl of ice water.
Let sit for 2 minutes. Remove and place in a serving dish.
For dressing, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Pour over broccoli and serve.
