Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T dried cilantro leaves
1/2 t onion powder
1/4 t ground red hot pepper
1/2 t coarse sea salt
1/2 t black pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Thoroughly mix the chicken with the garlic, cilantro and spices.
Form the mixture into 4 burgers.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Rub each side of the burger with olive oil and grill for about 8 minutes on the first side and then 5 minutes on the second side or unitl nicely marked and firm to the touch and no longer pink in the middle.
Serve on a regular or gluten free bun with a slice of tomato and a side salad.
