Ingredients:
2 slices gluten free bread
2 T orange juice
1/4 c almond or coconut milk (plain or vanilla)
1/4 t cinnamon
1/8 t nutmeg
1/4 t sea salt
1/4 t vanilla extract
2 T or Spray coconut oil
Directions:
Combine juice, milk and seasonings and vanilla, and whisk together.
Pour into a flat bowl. Add bread, 1 slice at a time. Let soak 2 minutes on each side.
Spray skillet with coconut spray or melt coconut oil in skillet. Add dipped bread and cook on medium low until brown on each side.
Serve with maple syrup or Berry Syrup or Peach Syrup.
