Chia Hemp Cereal

Ingredients:
1 c chopped nuts of your choice
     (I used walnuts)

2 c chia seed
1 c organic hemp hearts
2 T cinnamon
1 t sea salt
1/3 c coconut sugar
1/2 c dried apples or other dried fruit (optional)

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together and store in a glass jar or airtight container. 
Add 2 heaping Tablespoons to yogurt or eat with some coconut milk like cereal. I like to add berries to mine.
