Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 T chopped onion
2 T freshly squeezed orange juice
1 T freshly squeezed lime juice
1 t grated orange zest (optional)
1 t honey
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t pepper
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 tomato, seeded and diced (optional)
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, orange juice, lime juice, orange zest, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil and cilantro. 
Add mango and avocado and tomato. Toss to combine. Serve immediately over a salad or as a side dish with your favorite sandwich or with black beans or however you like.
