There are a lot of different gluten free flour mixes, but this is the one that works for me. I can't have rice flour or almond flour, so this is my favorite.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 c millet flour
1 3/4 c sorghum flour
2 c tapioca flour
2 c arrowroot starch
Mix together and us in any of your favorite gluten free recipes.
*This recipe does not have xanthan gum or guar gum. I usually add it separate so I can add the exact amount needed for each recipe.
