Mojito Lime Grilled Chicken

3T Mojito Lime Seasoning
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T white vinegar
2 T water
6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

Mix first four ingredients well. Pour in a large ziploc bag or in a baking dish and marinade chicken breasts for 30 minutes - 2 hours.

Remove ckn from marinade and grill on both sides until no longer pink.
Serve with chicken flavored rice and grilled zucchini and squash.

*I like to slice a leftover piece of chicken and eat on a salad the next day for lunch.
