Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 russet or Idaho potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash potatoes. Slice into quarters lengthwise.
Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Roll potatoes on sheet to disperse the olive oil over potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes begin to get brown and crispy.
Goes great with burgers!
