Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/2 c water
1/4 c + 2T roasted garlic rice vinegar or rice vinegar
2 T olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c raisins
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried basil
1/2 t onion powder

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge.
