Brussels Sprouts with Pears and Walnuts

2 T olive oil
1 lb fresh brussels sprouts, cut in half
Pinch of salt and pepper
4 T chopped walnuts
2 - 3 pears, sliced and chopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to coat with olive oil and salt and pepper. 
Cover with a lid and cook for 7 minutes. Do not stir during this time.
Uncover and add walnuts and pears. Stir and reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 5 more minutes or until desired doneness. (If sticking, add 1/4 c water.)

Goes great with fish or grilled chicken.
